Things You Should Know

Payments and Cancellations - standard. Booking forms must be accompanied by a minimum non refundable deposit of approximately 20% of the tour fee to secure a place on the tour. The balance is due two weeks prior to the start of the tour.

If you cancel your booking up to four weeks prior to travel your deposit is forfeit. If you cancel your booking from four weeks to seven days prior to travel 50% of fees owing are forfeit. If you cancel seven days or less prior to travel 100% of fees owing are forfeit. Cancellations must be made in writing.

If we are unable to substantially provide the tour as advertised you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternate tour date.

Covid 19 Pandemic special conditions. If you are unable to take part in the tour, or we are unable to provide the tour due to pandemic restrictions, all payments made by you are fully refundable, less any fees incurred by payments made by credit card.

Insurance . We strongly recommend that as a minimum you have Ambulance cover, and additionally you have personal accident cover such as provided by membership of major cycling groups such as Bicycle Victoria, and some travel insurance policies. Travel Insurance for cover of cancellation costs in the event that you need to cancel your booking is also recommended.

Conditions and Waiver. Our conditions for participating in our tours are listed on our booking form, with a space where you must sign to show you have read and accept these conditions. In addition we require you to sign an ‘Exclusion of Rights to Sue’ waiver form at the start of the tour. Have a look at our 'FAQ' page for more information about why we ask you to sign this waiver.

Group Needs. Traveling as a group in remote areas means that decisions must be made in the interests of the safety and well being of the group as a whole. Your safety is our highest priority.
